Visual & Graphic Design

For me, visual design is never just surface-level. It’s about how people encounter information, how they move through it, and how it connects back to the larger systems that shape their lives. Type, colour, and layout are tools, but the real work is making design that’s human-centred and accessible, something that welcomes rather than excludes. I also think about what happens before a piece reaches someone’s hands, and what happens after. The materials we choose, the energy behind the screen, and the workers who make the unseen possible are all part of the story. Good design respects the audience, but it also acknowledges those hidden layers, creating something that is both usable in the moment and mindful of its wider impact.
